ZAWAT provides custom software development, web applications, AI and automation, business systems, e-commerce technology, integrations, and related support. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract.
2. Quotations & Payments
Project fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in written proposals or agreements. Invoices are payable as agreed; overdue payments may pause active work until settled.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created for you transfers to you, unless agreed otherwise. ZAWAT retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Third-party and open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, access, approvals, and feedback. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines and costs.
5. Warranties & Support
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. Post-launch support, maintenance, and updates are provided according to the plan agreed in your contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAWAT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to it.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
